Refunds:

When it comes to refunds, we want to make the process as simple and seamless as possible. That is why we will happily provide you with a refund on the basis that the items you return are in the same condition in which you received them and in accordance with our policy.

We will happily provide you with a full refund within 30 days from the time of purchase on the basis that the product is in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

All orders arrive to clients with a tamper proof seal that is placed on the outside of our packaging. Due to the intimate nature and commitment to upholding safe and hygienic practices, should this seal appear to be tampered with TEMPT has the right to refuse a refund.

Kindly note: TEMPT will not cover the cost associated with shipping your refunded purchase.

If you would like to begin the process of a refund, you can do so by emailing us HERE. Once we have received your item, and all terms and conditions of our policy are verified, we will process your refund as efficiently as possible. We will return the original cost of the item into the account from which the purchase was made.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for a 'Change of mind’.

Exchanges:

Whilst we are here to assure your needs and desires are met, it is important to note that we cannot offer exchanges on any items due to the personalised nature of TEMPT.

Kindly note: TEMPT do not offer “Change of Mind” exchanges.

If there is a manufacturing fault or issue of a similar nature, we will happily exchange your item, given that the product is still under warranty.

Tempt Wellness is committed to providing a refund, replacement, or exchange for
products deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Kindly email contact@temptwellness.com.au with your order number in such instances. If you
receive incorrect items, please notify Tempt Wellness within 14 days of parcel receipt (based on postage carrier delivery date stamp). Due to the intimate nature of our products, Tempt Wellness does not facilitate returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please ensure accurate purchases and reach out to Tempt Wellness with any inquiries before completing your order. The assessment of return postage cost refunds will be on a case-by-case basis, and further correspondence will not be entertained.
