Warranty:
We happily offer a 12-month client warranty from the first date of purchase for your TEMPT products.
In the unlikely event that there are manufacturing faults associated with your item/s or if you consider that an item/s are defective, and you are entitled to a replacement, please contact us HERE with your concerns and we will review and respond with 2 business days.
Kindly note after this 12-month date of purchase we have no obligation to send you a replacement item.
Duties, Shipping, Taxes, Liability and Customs:
At TEMPT, we do not take liability for any taxes of any kind. Similarly, we are not liable for any costs associated with customs. In the situation that duty taxes are incurred, or additional costs are incurred due to customs, our clients will be liable for such.
In order to make your shipping experience as fast and simple as possible, Tempt is proud to work with a reputable and trusted delivery partner.
Once your order has been placed and processed, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your item and remain up to date with its delivery time.
Whilst we will do all we can to ensure your items are packaged securely and delivered on time, there may be an unlikely event in which delays occur due to reasons that are out of our control. In such circumstances, we will work with you to ensure the issue is resolved and that you receive your item as quickly and safely as possible.
